I see myself as a technology enthusiast and a generalist. I am constantly looking for ways to make the world a better place through technology.
I worked for Facebook (now called Meta) for the first part of my career building infrastructure to connect users with data centers and between each other (voice & video calling).
One of the highlights of my career was that in 2019 my team at WhatsApp discovered and investigated a spyware attack against WhatsApp, which was mentioned in this story from The New Yorker by Ronan Farrow.
In 2021 I joined Oscilar as a founding engineer, where I helped with building an enterprise platform that helps financial institutions manage risk related to credit and fraud.
I like simple designs, complex human beings, and people who read my personal website.
